Our tofu snack is made using domestic soybeans and wheat, which are baked in the oven.
The process involves meticulously preparing each black sesame seed
and rolling the tofu dough very thinly to create a flat texture—a labor-intensive task that distinguishes our product from ordinary tofu snacks.

√ Ingredients and Components
We use eco-friendly, domestically grown wheat. This wheat is sown in late autumn and harvested in early summer,
growing again in the spring after enduring the harsh winter.
Because it is less susceptible to pests, it is grown without pesticides.
