Unlike products that only imitate kimchi flavor with additives, we use actual kimchi. The depth of fermented kimchi flavor cannot be replicated by chemical seasonings.
To capture the true taste of kimchi, we use domestic red pepper powder and kimchi made from locally grown radishes to create our kimchi broth.

For authenticity, we use high-quality domestic rice instead of imported rice.
