Delivery will proceed after reviewing the details on My Page and completing the payment.
STEP01 : Shopping mall purchase
Buy the product you want from the product purchase site.
In the consignee address field, enter the forwarding address for delivery.
STEP02 : Delivery agency application form
Fill out the delivery agency application form before receiving the requested product at the distribution center.
STEP03 : Logistics center storage
The products you have applied for purchase to the Hanguk Mall Logistics Center are in stock.
STEP04 : Basic inspection
We notify customers of the goods that have been received and conduct essential inspections.
STEP05 : Pay shipping
The international shipping fee is set based on the actual or volumetric weight of the product, and the shipping fee is paid when the customer is notified.
STEP06 : Release
After payment of the shipping fee is confirmed, the product is shipped from the delivery site.
STEP07 : International shipping and customs clearance
Customs clearance is done after international delivery.
Customs duties may be incurred during the customs clearance process.
STEP08 : Domestic delivery
Domestic delivery is made after customs clearance.
