Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeline: HangukMall ships orders quickly and safely within 5-7 business days through K-Packet and EMS AIR. Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as bad weather and customs clearance.
Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are ultimately calculated based on the product packaging weight, and if the volumetric weight is large, it is calculated based on the volumetric weight.
Delivery Regions: We currently only ship to the United States. We are preparing to deliver sequentially to Australia, Canada, Germany, Thailand, Singapore, etc. in the future.
Product Availability: If the product you ordered is sold out in Korea, your order may be cancelled.
Customs Duties: Customs duties may apply if your purchase amount exceeds the Duty-free limit, and the customer is responsible for all customs clearance costs. The Duty-free limits are as follows:
United States: $800 (USD)
Australia: 1,000 (AUD)
Canada: 1,600 (CAD)
If the sales amount is in USD, the Duty-free limit will be based on the local currency implied by the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Address: Hangukmall is not responsible for lost goods or additional shipping charges if the package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information.
Unreceived Packages: If the product is returned or additional charges are incurred due to failure to receive it within the period, the customer will bear the cost.
Tracking: A tracking number will always be provided for your order.
